We are delighted that out church garden is such a haven of tranquility and/or fun for so many in the community.
However, the garden hedge continues to grow higher and higher. Please come and help lower the hedge down a bit and shred the debris (weather permitting). We also need help processing old compost heaps and organising fresh ones.
Although regularly trimmed, the hedge needs cutting back periodically. In the spring it houses nesting birds, so we are keen to do the work in autumn.
Coffee and cakes for helpers, but please bring a packed lunch and we will eat in the garden together.
