St Peter’s Book Club

The Book Club meets on Monday 25th September at 7pm, in the Choir Vestry.

The book is ‘Garden of Evening Mists’, by Malaysian author Tan Twan Eng, telling the story of a woman who was imprisoned by the Japanese during WW II. To create a garden in memory of her sister, she learns gardening skills from a Japanese gardener. New members are welcome, and all are encouraged to mark the part of the book they really liked or found interesting to give a focus for our discussion.

The group usually meets on the last Monday of the month.
