Meeting at Hillend car park for an 11am start, Lothian Buses 4, 15, or Stagecoach 101 & 102 all stop at this stop.
Capital view walk traversing the lower slopes of Caerketton Hill to the historic Swanston Village, returning by lower track to start. Approx 4km trip. Refreshments available before and/ after at the Steading Inn. A bad weather alternative could be arranged.
