Earlier this year, Catherine, our Head Chorister, designed and painted a beautiful sunflower in watercolour. Having had 100 copies printed as greetings cards, she then sold them to the congregation and friends. Catherine generously decided to donate all the profits of these cards to help the Ukrainian family that our Rector and his wife, Nick and Becky, will be hosting. During the 10.45am service on 20th November, Catherine presented a cheque of £250 to St Peter’s.
She has also designed and painted a beautiful Christmas Card, which are currently for sale, and she is going to generously giving away a large portion of the profits to our Mercy Ships Christmas Charity collection. https://stpetersedinburgh.org/mercy-ships-christmas-charity
