All are very welcome to our Folk Open Mic and Singing Circle!
- Do you want to share and listen to folk and roots standards and maybe some new and original music?
- Do you enjoy community folk song singing?
- Are you talented and creative, and looking for an outlet to share your skills and learn from others, in a supportive atmosphere?
If so, come and let’s create Edinburgh’s friendliest Open Mic and Singing Circle together where, in a very friendly, encouraging and supportive way, all are welcome to join in singing / playing a variety of Scottish songs (words are available), and/or contribute their own songs / music!
The next are on Tuesdays 7th April, 5th May and 2nd June 2026.
7.30pm-9.30pm, in our Church Hall, (14 Lutton Place, EH8 9PE)
Admission Free – with coffee, tea and cake!
Anyone can just turn up and enjoy listening, singing and/or playing music together.
Initiated in 2025 by our Rector, Rev Nick Wills, our friendly and encouraging Open Mic Nights have encouraged a number of people to play in public who would never have done so before. We hope more will also come and enjoy the experience!
