On Saturday 20th November, 2021, many volunteers came from both from St Peter’s and from Edinburgh City Mission to help with a special event to welcome Syrian Refugees.
It was a truly lovely experience, with lots of children playing, delicious halal pizza and the chance to offer a warm welcome to them.
During the day, in the art area, many children showed their idea of a ‘happy place’.
A great afternoon was had by all!
