Our choir will give a concert of Anglican choir music through the Church Year by British composers. It will last a little over an hour and there will be refreshments for all in the church afterwards.
Composers will include Tallis, Purcell, Walmisley, Stainer, Wood, Parry, MacMillan and Forbes L’Estrange.
This is being held to mark the retirement on 30th June of Rupert Forbes, who for over 30 years has been our wonderful Director of Music. His final Sunday with us as Director of Music is on Sunday 28th June.
